You refer local service businesses to Rebuzz using your personal referral link. When a business signs up through your link and becomes a paying customer, you earn a commission on their subscription and on the voice-minute overage they use beyond their plan, for as long as their account stays active.
Anyone with a Rebuzz account can apply. Applications are either approved automatically or reviewed by our team before approval, at our discretion — we'll let you know which applies when you apply. We may deny an application, or suspend or terminate an existing affiliate's participation, at any time, for any reason, including suspected fraud, spam, or misrepresentation of Rebuzz or its product.
Attribution is last-click: the referral is locked in the moment the business creates its account (not when it first pays), based on a first-party cookie set for 90 days from the last click on your link. Once a business has been attributed to any affiliate, a later click on a different affiliate's link never overwrites it. Self-referral is not allowed — you may not be a member of the business you're referring.
You earn 20% of the net subscription payment the referred business makes, every billing cycle, for the life of the account, plus 40% of the profit on the voice minutes they use beyond their plan (their payment for those minutes minus our published reference cost per minute). Commission is calculated on amounts actually received, net of any discount applied to that business's invoice.
Commission is held for 45 days after the triggering payment (our chargeback window) before it becomes payable, and is reversed if that payment is refunded or charged back. Payouts are made monthly once your payable balance reaches $50, sent by hand to the payout method you provide in your affiliate dashboard.
Before your first payout, we need a signed W-9 on file if you're a U.S. person, or a W-8BEN-E if you're not. No payout is released without a tax form on file, regardless of your payable balance.
Being an affiliate does not make you an employee, agent, or partner of Rebuzz, and does not give you access to the account, dashboard, inbox, or call transcripts of any business you refer. Your statement shows an anonymized reference for each referred account — never its name or contact details.
Use your link honestly: don't send unsolicited bulk messages, don't make claims about Rebuzz that our own marketing pages don't make, and don't bid on "Rebuzz" or close misspellings of it as paid-search keywords. We may deny, suspend, or claw back commission tied to referrals obtained in violation of this section.
We may change these terms, the commission rates, or the program itself at any time; changes apply going forward, not to commission already earned. You can stop referring at any time. We may end your participation at any time as described in Section 2.
